The latest patch for GTA 4: Desings Accelerator 12 Final.
What has changed:
- Fixed errors when changing weather conditions
- Fixed freezing when playing for a long time (Story)
- Improved FXAA compatibility (Optimization)
List of changes:
- The EFLC version is based on the improved Desings 5.0 engine, which increases performance without loss of quality.
- All visual effects and graphics quality are taken from the base of Accelerator 12
- All accelerator improvements 12 have been added to EFLC 1.0.
- Possibility to install a Patch on the Russian and English versions of the game
- Fixed Environmental errors namely brightness, contrast, saturation
- Possibility to install on GTA 4 without episodes but we do not guarantee functionality.
- New level of damage and balancing car control in EFLC 1.0 is improved compared to Accelerator 12 where it was only damage.
- Added FXAA post processing of the image with the ability to customize or disable it.
- Compatible with ENB mod but FXAA Post Process is disabled during installation. Warning Visual IV or Realism mod installed on your copy of the game excludes support for EFLC 1.0. A clean ENB configured for our patch will work for you with a bang.
- This is the final version and there will be no more updates, either for EFLC or for GTA 4.

Что изменилось:
- Исправлены ошибки при переходе погодных условий
- Исправлено зависание при длительной игре (Сюжет)
- Доработана FXAA совместимость (Оптимизация)
Список изменений:
- Версия EFLC основана на улучшенном Desings 5.0 движке что увеличивает производительность без потерь качества.
- Все визуальный эффекты и качество графики взято с основы Accelerator 12
- Все улучшение 12 акселератора добавлены в EFLC 1.0.
- Возможность установить Патч на Русскую и Английскую версию игры
- Исправлено Ошибки окружающей среды а именно яркость, контрастность, насыщенность
- Возможность установить на GTA 4 без эпизодов но работоспособность не гарантируем.
- Новый уровень повреждений и балансировки управление автомобилями в EFLC 1.0 улучшено по сравнению с Accelerator 12 где у пор был только на повреждение.
- Возможность проходить сюжет как на 1 DLC так и на втором.
- Добавлена FXAA пост обработка изображения с возможностью настройки под себя или отключения.
- Совместимость с ENB модом но при установке отключается FXAA Post Process. Предупреждение Visual IV или Реализм мод установленный на вашей копии игры исключает поддержку EFLC 1.0. Чистый ENB настроенный под наш патч будет работать у вас на ура.
- Это финальная версия и больше обновлений не будет что для EFLC что для GTA 4.
