New timecyc for those with weak PCs and for those who cannot play with Enb or Aysom.

Новый timecyc для тех у кого слабые Pc и тек кто не может поиграть с Enb или Айсом.

Это мой первые настройки так что не пишите гадость в комментариях.

Изменения:

Новое отражение.

Изменение графики.

Мод хоть на не много изменить графику в GTA 4 на реальную.
