Changes in v.6.4:
- Added the ability to set wanted level 6, even from the very beginning of the game. This option only works if the player has previously "frozen" their wanted level.
- Added the ability to select a random color for the car in the corresponding menu (Car Color Menu).
- Menu navigation is much faster thanks to the elimination of the rare lag
- Revised and updated game objects. Now the list of objects includes the objects of all three games. Thus, any object can be created by name or serial number.
- Fixed a rare glitch that occurred when some objects "spawned" at too high a height. Thanks to the new function, height adjustment occurs automatically. Now all game objects should have the correct height.
- Fixed glitch with Brucie, Gracie and Roman voices.
- Added a new Fast Motion option in the Time Menu tab.
- Aircraft spawning is now done using the "spawn by model name" option.
- Added the ability to "spawn" pedestrians using the "spawn ped by model name" option.
- For IV/TLaD/TBoGT, the list of added vehicles has been increased to 60.
- Added cars now work in multiplayer mode. The standard "spawn" menu of such cars is divided into two parts.

Изменения в v.6.4:
- Добавлена возможность установить 6-ой уровень розыска, даже с самого начала игры. Данная опция работает только если игрок предварительно "заморозил" свой уровень розыска.
- Добавлена возможность выбора случайного цвета для автомобиля в соответствующем меню (Car Color Menu).
- Навигация по меню стала намного быстрее благодаря устранению редкого лага
- Пересмотрены и обновлены игровые объекты. Теперь перечень объектов включает в себе объекты всех трех игр. Таким образом, любой объект может быть создан по имени или порядковому номеру.
- Исправлен редкий глюк, возникавший при "спавне" некоторых объектов на слишком большой высоте. Благодаря новой функции, корректировка высоты происходит в автоматическом режиме. Теперь все игровые объекты должны иметь правильную высоту.
- Исправлен глюк с голосами Brucie, Gracie и Roman.
- Добавлена новая опция Fast Motion во вкладке Time Menu. Также, названия "set time scale", были переименованы в "slow motion".
- "Спаун" самолетов теперь осуществляется с помощью опции "spawn by model name".
- Добавлена возможность "спауна" пешеходов с помощью опции "spawn ped by model name".
- Для IV/TLaD/TBoGT увеличен список добавленных автомобилей до 60.
- Добавленные автомобили теперь работают и в многопользовательском режиме. Стандартное меню "спауна" таких автомобилей разделено на две части.
