"New graphics v4". I found out that too bright graphics do not like some people, and decided to remove it, now everything is fine, does not require a powerful processor, especially for medium processors. Tested on patch 1.0.7.0, but this patch is optional for some GTA 4 games.

"Новая графика v4". Я узнал что слишком яркая графика не нравится некоторым людям, и решил её убрать, теперь всё нормально, не требует мощный процессор, специально для средних процессоров. Проверена на патче 1.0.7.0, но этот патч для некоторых игр GTA 4 необязательна.
Если кому то мод не понравился из-за неяркой графики, пожалуйста, не вставьте минусы, этот мод специально для тех, кому не понравилось яркость.
Установка: всё из папки MOD (который находится в архиве) переместить в директорию GTA 4.
