OpenIV v0.9.3 (build 272)
Four months ago, with the release of OpenIV 0.9.2, we ushered in a new era in Grand Theft Auto IV modding. It was thanks to OpenIV 0.9.2 that modifications began to appear replacing the main characters of GTA IV and EfLC. There are also many new GTA IV/ EfLC videos with new and different characters ported to GTA IV/ EfLC.
And today we are releasing OpenIV 0.9.3, this version contains a huge number of various fixes and minor improvements.
Thanks to the changes in 0.9.3, modders around the world will have new options for editing GTA IV / EfLC models (WDR and WDD files). The stability and quality of OpenIV has also been significantly improved.
Installation:
Run the "setup.exe" file and follow the instructions.
