Another small mod that did a lot of work with popcycle.dat.
Features:
- In the early morning and at the end of the night there are almost no people on the streets.
- Most cars on the streets at noon, afternoon and evening.
- Least of all in the morning, at night.
- Most parked cars in the early mornings and at night.
- There are more cops at noon, afternoon and evening.
- Different traffic algorithm on weekdays and weekends.
- Star Junction, as in reality, is filled with traffic even at night.
- And much more.

Особенности:
- Ранним утром и в конце ночи на улицах почти нет людей.
- Больше всего автомобилей на улицах в полдень, днем и вечером.
- Меньше всего утром, ночью.
- Больше всего припаркованных автомобилей по ранним утрам и ночам.
- В полдень, днем и вечером копов больше.
- Различный алгоритм трафика в будние и выходные дни.
- Star Junction, как и в реальности, наполнен трафиком даже ночью.
- И многое другое.
