This configuration will increase traffic on the streets of Liberty City. It is set up so that there are many more pedestrians during the day than at night.
The number of taxis has been reduced (by about 50%), too many taxis do not look good in traffic.
- The police are more likely to try to catch someone on the streets.
- There are now many more sounds (for example, dialogues of pedestrians), which enlivens the streets.
- The number of vagrants has been increased, somewhere — gangs and prostitutes, this probably makes the city more realistic.
