Slightly improves the quality of some textures and LODs.
The opening title screen logo has been replaced with "The Complete Edition Grand Theft Auto IV & Episodes From Liberty City".
Slightly improves the liveries of some vehicles: Boxville, Burrito Laundromat, Mr. Tasty, Mule, Patriot, Steed, Tourist Maverick, Yankee, Police Cruiser, and Subway Train.
Changes the "Liberty City" license plates to a regular set of numbers and letters. Unfortunately, in this mod all vehicles have the same number, but it's better than just having "Liberty City" written on them.
More beautiful pools of blood on corpses.
Improved shadow texture under vehicles.
Increases the draw distance of detailed pedestrians and vehicles and restores rain density like on consoles via "visualSettings.dat".
Two installation methods: Manually or via Fusion Overloader.
Manual installation:
- OpenIV installation is required.
- Using OpenIV, transfer the contents of the "vehicles.img" folder to the "vehicles.img" file located at "GTA IV/pc/models/cdimages".
- The remaining files located in the folders can be transferred to the appropriate path without OpenIV, confirming the replacement.
- If you do not have Complete Edition, do not copy the "loadingscreens.wtd" file.
Installation via Fusion Overloader:
- Move all the necessary “update” folders to the folder of the same name in the root of the game.
- This mod can be used together with "Higher Resolution Vehicle Pack 2.1", because of the name of that mod the priority will be higher than "Ushan Improvement" and therefore the game will use the textures of the vehicles from "Higher Resolution Vehicle Pack 2.1", all other improvements will be used from "Ushan Improvement".
