GCU Car Pack is a global modification for GTA 4, which offers players the replacement of all motor vehicles with real prototypes or the closest authentic analogues. All cars, SUVs, vans, service vehicles and heavy trucks are replaced with the corresponding real models. No mods that violate the aesthetic balance are used. Only vehicles within the time frame of the game and only models that actually took place in the USA.
The maximum possible authenticity is complemented by the quality of the mods — all models have a LOD system and a convenient camera for driving and shooting. Most models are very well optimized, textures have mip levels. Also, all models that were available to us for modifications are adapted for correct display in story cutscenes and missions without compromising the camera and sight.
This car pack contains 107 units of vehicles (see carlist.txt), of which 57 are new exclusive modifications created specifically for the GCU Car Pack project. You can read the list of exclusives in detail on the forum in the corresponding topic.
All modifications from the GCU Car Pack Special list are distributed only together!
Distribution of models in retail form is prohibited!

New in version 1.3
- Full adaptation for Fusion Fix and Fusion Fix Overloader, which allows you to easily, quickly and safely install modifications without affecting the original game files.
- The recommended version of the game is Complete Edition 1.2.0.59 (Steam / RGB) with the Fusion Fix patch installed, which, among other things, contains a built-in solution for traffic diversity.
- Versions 1.0.7.0 and 1.0.8.0 are also supported if you have a working version of the Fusion Fix patch.
- All older versions are technically supported, but require manual installation of modification files and a separate fix for traffic diversity (not recommended for beginners).
- Some vehicle models support the Zolika Patch functionality, but its use is optional for users of versions 1.0.4.0, 1.0.7.0 and 1.0.8.0.
- 7 car models were replaced.
- 10 car models were fixed and improved.
GCU Car Pack v1.3 — tested on the latest version of Steam today.
Installation:
- Install the Fusion Fix patch (just copy the entire contents of the archive to the root of the game, where GTAIV.exe is located).
- From the archive with the GCU Car Pack modification, copy the update folder to the root of the game.
- Go to the plugins folder, open the GTAIV.EFLC.FusionFix file with notepad and in the [BudgetedIV] section set the VehicleBudget value to 280000000
