A modification pack dedicated to Russian law enforcement agencies. Includes the replacement of several police cars and a package of skins of police officers, traffic police and Rosgvardia. The mod adds the atmosphere of Russian streets in Liberty City.
Package composition:
- Ford Crown Victoria (DPS Police) — replacement for police2;
- Ford Crown Victoria (Rosgvardiya/FSVNG) — replacement for noose;
- Chevrolet Impala (Police) — replacement for police;
- Skin pack for police officers and other structures of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation.
Important requirements:
- ELS v8.5.1 is required to be installed for the light signaling to work correctly ;
- Model support is tested on the licensed version of GTA IV 1.0.7.0.
Installation:
- Detailed instructions can be found in the archive;
- It is recommended to make backup copies of the original files before installation;
- Installation is done manually via OpenIV or similar tools.

Skins on cars are made manually. Possible small inaccuracies — please do not judge harshly. I hope you will like the modification and add an atmosphere of realism to the game.
