Improved Timecyc for GTA VC NextGen Edition.
Timecyc is completely set up from scratch, weather and time smoothly change one after another, there are no too dark and bright places.
- At night, the city does not look dark — there is a glow effect from yellow lanterns throughout the entire earth's area
- There is fog, it creates a haze effect and hides the drawing of the entire map
- The reflection from the characters has been removed, it now only in rainy weather
- Palm trees are natural in color and reflect less ambient light
- The water is the same color as in the original, slightly with a green tint

It is not recommended to use it together with ENB, which comes with the game (disable in the launcher). Nothing critical, but there will be highlights.
This Timecyc is rather an alternative version for the game without ENB.
It will not work for vanilla GTA 4.
