- "Romero" is a morning script (no pun intended) that acts as a funeral hearse...(Romero can be seen on all islands from 07:00 to 12:00.)
- Ships ply the waters; they are larger than all other sea vessels!
- Guards now have the ability to produce citizen's arrest you and others.
- Previously, the security consisted of one fat South African... so I restored M_M_ARMOURED and gave him a new job. LAPD and will join them during shootouts and high-speed chases!)

- At Francis International Airport, taxi drivers can be seen walking.
- LAPD marksmen (rooftop snipers) are now NOOSE soldiers rather than regular cops.
- FIB agents can now talk (fixed typo in game files).
- The postman is more common and can be seen from 07:00 to 12:00.
- The most common occurrences are construction and road work.
- You'll increasingly see drivers tinkering with engines and searching trunks.
- Now not only tourists, but also dozens of people can take photographs; look for them at attractions.
- Delivery drivers can increasingly be seen in parking lots inspecting their cargo.
- Firefighters and hotel employees appear more often.
- Street musicians play until late at night.
