This is a weapon modification that allows the MP5 to fire rockets, making it look like you're shooting out of a tank (flames shoot out of a wall, ceiling, or floor), and the Desert Eagle, which makes it look like you're shooting out of a fire hydrant (water splashes where you shoot, so you can create your own fountain), and also increases the clip (you can fire more rounds before you have to reload the weapon).
