This skin is a vinyl of the Russian military police, stylized as the Dutch military police. The skin itself is not mine, I only redrew it. (apologies for the clumsy moments, the skin was made in a hurry)

The installation instructions are in the file itself.

Known bug:

The car flips over.

For this you will have to adjust the handling.dat file, where you can find a guide on how to edit it on YouTube.

Этот скин представляет из себя винил военной полиции РФ, стилизованный под голландскую военную полицию. Сам скин не мой, я лишь его перерисовал. (извиняюсь за корявые моменты, скин делал спеша)

Инструкция по установке находится в самом файле.

Известный баг:

Переворачивается машина.

Для этого придется подкорректировать файл handling.dat, где гайд по его редактированию можете найти на ютубе.
