Rethinking Stability — optimization for GTA 4

This mod is designed to improve the performance of GTA 4.

The mod is a few "commandline" configs and additions to fix version 1.2.0.43 without quality loss, the mod can also work on other versions of the game

update — v1.1:

- Some "commandline" configs have been reconfigured

- Vulkan + ENB support added

- Dxwrapper removed

- and other minor changes

Данный мод предназначен для повышения производительности GTA 4.

Мод представляет собой несколько конфигов "commandline" и дополнений для исправления версии 1.2.0.43 без потери качества, мод так же может работать на других версиях игры

обновление — v1.1:

- были перенастроены некоторые конфиги "commandline"

- добавлена поддержка Vulkan + ENB

- убран Dxwrapper

- и другие мелкие изменения
