Liberty Four is a simple console resource creation tool for Grand Theft Auto 4.
Currently supports: otd=>wtd(version 8)wdr=>odr(version 110)odr=>wdr(version 110). Export of light files (lighting section) from xdr and xft IV.
The models he created are identical to the original and therefore Zmodeler can import them.
In the future, there will be support for XBOX models.
It also ignores model locking.

Также он игнорирует блокировку моделей.
