Liberty Four — is a simple console tool for creating resources for Grand Theft Auto 4.
Currently supports: otd=>wtd(version 8)wdr=>odr(version 110)odr=>wdr(version 110). Export of light files (lighting sections) from xdr and xft IV.
The models created by it are identical to the original, and therefore Zmodeler can import them.
In the future there will be support for XBOX models.
It also ignores model blocking.

Liberty Four — это простой консольный инструмент для создания ресурсов для Grand Theft Auto 4.
На данный момент поддерживает: otd=>wtd(version 8)wdr=>odr(version 110)odr=>wdr(version 110). Экспорт light файлов(секции освещения) из xdr и xft IV.
Созданные ним модели идентичны оригиналу и поэтому Zmodeler может их импортировать.
В будущем будет поддержка XBOX моделей.
Также он игнорирует блокировку моделей.
