This mod replaces the buttons from the Xbox 360 with those from the Xbox One/Series, the mod replaces one file (buttons_360.wtd), installation is in the path: Grand Theft Auto IV\GTAIV\pc\pc\textures
(in case you install it for EFLC, the path: Grand Theft Auto IV Episodes from Liberty City\EFLC\pc\textures)
Mods compactly packaged in a single file where you can choose them to your liking, a file of pure icons and a file of Controllers textures for the menu
