Modified graphics and timecycle for GTA 4

The modification visually updates the game, making it more or less bright and beautiful. The visual and timecycle settings are updated, as the name suggests.

Installation: Move all the contained files to the GTA 4 folder with replacement. Place Timecyc.dat in pc\/data, and the Visualsettings.dat file in common\/data.

Features:

- Removed the blur and bloom type of soap, removed the glow;

- The weather has become a little brighter;

- Changed the reflections of all vehicles.

Features of version v2:

- Some weather has been changed;

- Increased the drawing distance.

The mod was tested on version 1.0.7.0, but most likely it will also be suitable for other game patches. Have a nice game!

Изменённая графика и таймцикл для GTA 4

Модификация обновляет визуально игру, делая её более-менее яркой и красивой. Обновляется, исходя из названия, настройка визуала и таймцикла.

Установка: Переместить все содержимые файлы в папку GTA 4 с заменой. Timecyc.dat поместить в pc/data, а файл Visualsettings.dat в common/data.

Особенности:

- Убрано мыло по типу блюра и блума, убрано свечение;

- Погода стала чуть ярче;

- Изменены отражения всего транспорта.

Особенности версии v2:

- Изменена некоторая погода;

- Увеличена дальность прорисовки.

Мод тестировался на версии 1.0.7.0, но, вероятнее всего, подойдёт и для других патчей игры. Приятной игры!
