The mod is based on IceEnhancer 3 ENB, which has been modified and corrected for Grand Theft Auto 4 Complete Edition (Steam) or Grand Theft Auto IV and Liberty City episodes.
The main goal is to improve the colors and lighting for GTA 4, which has a very strange yellowish tint in the original vanilla state. Many thanks to mod author Icenhancer who made this possible.
The lighting is much better in daylight and also looks good in the evening and at night. Hope you guys enjoy it.
