The purpose of this mod is to fix all sorts of bugs that either occurred when the game was ported to PC or has been in it since its release on consoles. The mod also includes a fix for some leftovers from the beta.

The mod can be installed both manually and using the auto-installer (you need the OpenIV program).

List of fixes

Corrections in the four:

Fixed glass properties on Algonquin apartment, Charge Island Boat Station, Hove Beach Station, Hove Beach Random Shop, Northwood Random Warehouse, and some Alderney Shops.
The missing fence that pedestrians lean on in Hove Beach has been restored.
Removed trees passing through the railroad in Bohan.
Removed broken tree log in Bohan.
Removed broken boat from several shops in Alderney.
Fixed missing lod texture in SKALMO.
Cleaned up a broken boat on the basketball field in Algonquin.
Fixed overly bright windows on buildings in Firefly Projects.
Fixed bushes on the highway in Algonquin, on the site in Firefly Island, on a pile of garbage in Bohan, on the bridge in the Acter Industrial Zone.
Fixed fallen leaves properties in City Hall Park and Castle Garden City.
Fixed billboard in Beechwood City.
Fixed double billboard in Hove Beach. Special thanks to Philips_27 for creating video about what this bug looks like.
Restored Feltzer's advertisement at the airport. For some reason, the developers covered it up with a Contender advertisement.
Improved the quality of billboards in Bohan.
Redesigned Binko's advert to Latest Fashion Novelties.
Changed the beta photo of Drusilla to the final one.
Replaced Drusilla's interior windows with those on the outside.
Fixed mesh transparency on construction site in Bohan and Algonquin.
Fixed transparency of separators in the golf club.
Fixed a missing mesh texture on the baseball field in Dukes.
Fixed missing textures for all sorts of objects like ventilation, lamps, etc. in the airoport.
Fixed the position of the lights on the police station at the airport, as well as corrected their texture.
Fixed the texture of the windows in the warehouse in East Hook. The author of this fix is Philips_27.
Changed the textures of clothes from the beta to the final ones, in the latest fashion.
Changed the texture of Brucie's garage door.
Changed the texture of the window above the door in the Playboy lobby.
Fixed variability of faces of taxi drivers.
Elena's broken hairstyle has been fixed.
Fixed F_Y_Tourist hair properties.
Fixed accessory textures for M_Y_Platin_02.
Fixed shoe texture for M_Y_Gentreet_16.
The clothes of the pizzeria workers have been redone.
Changed the beta photo of Tom Goldberg to the final one.
Fixed properties of smudges on highway supports.
Sprank's advertisement property in Rotterdam Hill has been fixed.
Corrected the text for the Contender advertisement in Northwood.
Changed Crazy Ivan's inscription to Liquor store.
Fixed street names on road signs.
Fixed the action of throwing money to beggars (video for comparison, video by Cowboy69). The author of this hotfix is novatic.

Fixes in TLAD

Fixed missing ramp texture.
Fixed missing textures for Cluckin' Bell fast food.
Fixed missing sticker texture on trash can.
Fixed a missing texture on a random building in Algonquin.
Changed the beta photos of Jim and Jason to the final ones.

Fixed the texture of the golden uzi in the cutscene.
Fixed missing textures for the Bahama Mamas Club.

In addition to a ton of text, I did just as much screenshots for each fix.
