All possibilities/actions available to the player in the mission The Holland Play.
In this mission, we have to kill either Playboy X or Dwayne Forge.
When completing this mission, it is better to kill Playboy X (from a benefit perspective). After Playboy X's death, the player receives a luxurious penthouse with parking, in the wardrobe of which (the penthouse) will be clothes of Claude from Grand Theft Auto III (black jacket, green jeans, and black sneakers with white soles), which is a reference to the 3D universe. Moreover, it will be possible to befriend Dwayne Forge, who at 75% affection will send a couple of his gangsters to help Niko. In the second case (after Dwayne Forge's death), Niko receives $25,000 (money of little value both in gameplay and story of Grand Theft Auto IV). Additionally, Playboy X will refuse further contact with our protagonist.
1) After completing this mission, it will be possible to meet Cherise as a random pedestrian (provided she survived the mission Ruff Rider).
2) After completing this side quest (meeting Cherise):
If Dwayne Forge remains alive (in the mission Holland Play), he will call Niko and ask if he has seen Cherise with someone, to which our protagonist will answer: "No."
If Dwayne dies, Niko will say: "Damn, Dwayne... Should have taken out Playboy." That is, killing Dwayne Forge is a possible player mistake.
P.S. This mission can be completed even after finishing the main storyline.

В этой миссии нам предстоит убить либо Плэйбоя X, либо Дуэйна Форджа.
Выполняя данную миссию — лучше убить Плэйбоя X (с точки зрения выгоды). После смерти Плэйбоя X игрок получает роскошный пентхаус с парковкой, в гардеробе которого (пентхауса) будет одежда Клода из Grand Theft Auto III (чёрная куртка, зелёные джинсы и чёрные кроссовки с белой подошвой), что является отсылкой к 3D-вселенной. Более того, появится возможность дружить с Дуэйном Форджем, который при симпатии 75% будет посылать Нико на помощь пару своих бандитов. Во втором случае (после смерти Дуэйна Форджа) Нико получает $25,000 (деньги, не имеющие большой ценности как в геймплее, так и в сюжете Grand Theft Auto IV). Вдобавок Плэйбой X откажется от дальнейших контактов с нашим протагонистом.
1) После того, как будет завершена данная миссия — можно будет встретить Шериз как случайного прохожего (при условии, что она осталась жива в миссии Ruff Rider).
2) После выполнения данного побочного квеста (встречи с Шериз):
Если Дуэйн Фордж останется жив (в миссии Holland Play), то он позвонит Нико и спросит, не видел ли он Шериз с кем-то, на что наш протагонист ответит: «нНет».
Если же Дуэйн умрёт, то Нико скажет: «Чёрт, Дуэйн... Стоило прихлопнуть Плэйбоя». Т.е. убийство Дуэйна Форджа является возможной ошибкой со стороны игрока.
P.S. Эту миссию можно пройти и после завершения основной сюжетной линии.
