All possibilities/actions available to the player in the mission Have A Heart.
To complete this mission, it is not necessary to take the car to the doctor. You can simply blow it up or sink it, and the mission will be completed, just make sure to drive a decent distance away from Elizabeth’s house. The downside of this method is that Niko will not receive money (reward). Also, after this, you can hear a unique dialogue with Elizabeth. If you want money, you need to take the car to the doctor.

Для прохождения данной миссии совсем не обязательно отвозить машину к доктору. Её (машину) можно просто взорвать или утопить и миссия будет пройдена, главное — отъехать на приличное расстояние от дома Элизабеты. Недостаток этого способа заключается в том, что Нико не получит денег (вознаграждение). Так же после этого можно будет услышать уникальный диалог с Элизабетой. Если же нужны деньги, то машину необходимо отвезти к доктору.
