This mod changes the lighting of the Rotterdam Tower in GTA 4 to beta colors.
It looks very beautiful and does not spoil the game atmosphere.
!Before installation, make a copy of the original manhat09.img.
Installation:
Using OpenIV, replace files from the archive in
"root folder/pc/data/maps/manhat/manhat09.img".
