And here is another beta mod for the four. The goal is the same - to restore all changed and cut content during game development. This time the additions were affected.

Most textures have been restored and changed; unused pedestrians, transport, animations were restored; some areas, transport, shops have been renamed; The appearance of the main character and some characters has been changed, the time cycle has been changed, doors have been removed in some places, badges and tinting have been removed from some types of transport.

This mod was tested only on the seventh patch, but it will probably work on the eighth. The rest of the information is in the archive.
