PS2 Reflections on cars (more beautiful and matte)

PS2 Weapons have sights
PS2 radio station Double Cleff FM (with the song "O mio babbino caro" removed from the PC version
The "Ghost" boat is now blue, not black

I also used Silent Patch to restore the effect of headlights and backlights pickups.
