This replacement is for a police car (garbage truck), excellent detailing of the car, its own collision, customized controls are similar to those in GTA4. There is also an NYPD skin in the archive (just in case anyone likes it).
Installation:
- police.dff & police.txd replace in models/gta3.img;
- police.txd replace in models/txd.img;
- ppatrol.col replace in models/coll/vehicles.img.
Replace the line ! in carcols.dat!police 1,1
Replace the line ! in default.ide!116, police, police, car, POLICE, POLICAR, ignore, 1, 7, 0, 089, 0.86

Эта замена идет на полицейскую машину (мусоровоз), отличная детализация машины, своя коллизия, настроенное управление схоже с управление в GTA4. Так же в архиве присуствует скин NYPD (на слу4ай если кому понравится).
Установка:
- police.dff & police.txd заменить в models/gta3.img;
- police.txd заменить в models/txd.img;
- ppatrol.col заменить в models/coll/vehicles.img.
Заменить в carcols.dat строку police 1,1
