I decided to take a little break from GTA3: Kostygov City. That's why I made this small modification. Basically, everything is visible in the file's photo. If this modification proves to be popular, I will try to create more like this over time.
The modification replaces the textures of the residential complex in Coastal Valley. Additionally, it replaces the textures of two nearby bridges and parking lots.

Решил, так сказать, немного отдохнуть от GTA3:Kostygov City. Потому и решил сделать эту небольшую модификацию. В принципе, на фото к файлу все видно. Если данная модификация окажется востребованной, то, со временем, я постараюсь сделать еще что-либо в этом роде.
Модификация заменяет текстуры жилого комплекса в Прибрежной Долине. Кроме того, заменяются текстуры двух мостов и автостоянок, находящихся неподалеку.
