Replacement: open the gta3audio program, look for sfx.RAW, select the desired sound in the archive there and replace it.

На Вечеринке у копов играет «Ой Мороз Мороз»,
Новый звук сигнализации автомобиля,
Новый звонок таксофона (2нНа выбор),
Новые предсмертные крики при давке людей (мужской и женский),
Новый сигнал фургона с мороженым.

Замена открываем прогой gta3audio ищем sfx.RAW выбираем там нужный звук в архиве и заменяем.
