With this script, overturned cars will not burn. The script works, only on version 1.0, on version 1.1 you will stupidly hang the game when you turn it over!
Installation: drop the "III_DontBurnFlippedCars.cs" file into the "CLEO" folder. The script requires the CLEO library for GTA III.
