Description:
The game takes place in the early 2000s in the metropolis of Liberty City. This city has long been divided into spheres of influence by several mafia groups, between which bloody skirmishes take place every now and then.
It so happened that during a raid on the bank, the protagonist of the game, a mercenary of one of the gangs, was betrayed, only by a miracle he managed to stay alive. Now he has only one goal - to take revenge on his enemies, until this terrible city breaks him completely.
Local bosses need his services, corrupt cops need his help, and street gangs need his corpse. To survive here, you have to take any risk.

Snow City Features:
Winter is just a small part of the mod. But even in the winter plan, changing the textures is only part of it.
Compared to other winter mods for GTA 3:
1.Realistic snow textures, not just brighter textures. And for high-quality texture mapping, the models have also undergone changes.
1.2-Cars have snow-covered wheels, and some have windshields and
2. Models of snowdrifts and textures of icicles.
3. Winter "voice acting": walking through snowdrifts and dense snow, bullets hitting the snow, a blizzard.
3.1-In the audio advertisements (the bridge is open), the New Year's melody from the Coca-Cola advertisement is played.
4.People are less naked and wearing gloves
5.More realistic weather
6. The main character in a hat and gloves. And some characters are the same.
7. You can find inscriptions with congratulations for the New Year (Happy New Year !!!).
