Backstory:
Early 2002. After the death of Don Salvatore Leone, Tony Cipriani took leadership of the family, as per tradition, the new don is chosen from the capos. And Tony was the most experienced among them all. But soon everything was about to change, as Joey Leone was to become the new don, fulfilling Salvatore's last wish. But there are two conditions. 1 - Joey must start a family. So he married Misty. 2 - Joey must pull off a big deal that will bring profit to the mafia family.
Then Tony decides to betray Joey, sending him to certain death. But Joey survives. Now he is on the run, unable to return home, unable to trust anyone. Only one thing on his mind. Revenge...

Предыстория:
Начало 2002 года. После смерти дона Сальваторе Леоне.Тони Сиприани взял лидерство над семьей, поскольку согласно традициям новый дон выбирается из капо. И Тони был самым опытным из них всех. Но вскоре все должно было измениться, потому что Джоуи Леоне становился бы новым доном, исполняя последнюю волю Сальваторе. Но есть два условия. 1 - Джоуи должен завести семью. Так он женился на Мисти. 2 - Джоуи должен провернуть крупную сделку, которая будет приносить прибыль мафиозной семье.
Тогда Тони решает предать Джоуи, посылая его на верную смерть. Но Джоуи выживает. Теперь он в бегах, не может вернуться домой, не может никому доверять. На уме только одно. Месть...
