Although only one texture can be displayed as a background, it's sufficient for creating a map. Your current location is also shown on the map!

Если вы считаете что в GTA 3 нет вывода текстур на экран, вы ошибаетесь!
Правда текстуру можно вывести только одну в качестве фона, но для создания карты этого достаточно. На карте так-же показывается ваше место положение!
TAB - вывести карту на экран.
