I was playing «Sanya Translate» mod, and that's when I thought «What if there was a real spent translation?». Well, after 2 days of transferring all the text from GTA 3 to PROMT 7.8, there is now a real spent translation! And yes, I used the fonts from Sani's translation in this mod.
Warning, there are bugs! Some cheat codes, as well as enabling «Cinematic Camera» will cause the game to crash.
Installation:
Just drag and drop the folders into the root of the game, it's so easy.
