This mod restores all the details that were greatly reduced in the PC version, such as smoke from cars, water drops and much more.
Sometimes details give things a twist, and GTA is no exception.
Installation is simple, just move the "PS2 Particle CFG" folder to the GTA 3 Modloader folder, you can also move the data folder to the game directory, having previously created backups.
Works in both the original version and in Updated Classic, Classic Edition.
