You downloaded a my alternative radio station for GTA 3.
Radio is called Flash FM and includes a jingle, commercial break and a lot of songs from 1989.
Addon was made today and could be a part of my fan addon called GTA 3: 1989 with replacing a textures, cars and sounds.
