This mod is for GTA 3 Vita, for its ported version. It basically adds snow textures to Liberty City.

The mod contains a model and textures of Tommy Versetti (as the main character) and Claude. A pimp pedestrian is replaced and this pedestrian can be seen/meet in the Red Light District and can be shot like other normal pedestrians.
