Improved pedy V2 for GTA 3
In this build, I added a slightly modified Skin And Bones, HD fingers and HD ped textures.
Now all the main characters will have good animations (except for the prison Claude), and passersby will have normal fingers. It is possible to tear off their limbs.
Cons: Claude will have a white head in cutscenes.
Installation: Throw in modloader folder or replace via IMGtool for GTA 3.
All authors of the original mods are listed.
Tested everything on version 1.0
