Disabling cinematographic stripes in cutscenes
Hello everyone. We all know that in GTA 3, any cutscene is played with stripes at the bottom and top, giving the picture cinematicity, but we can't turn it off when we need it. This mod removes the black stripes altogether.
This script was taken from the D-BOX scripts collection from DimZet and other modmakers.

Add the d_no_screen.cs file to the GTA 3\CLEO folder.
You need to download CLEO.

Всем привет. Все мы знаем, что в GTA 3 любая катсцена проигрывается с полосами снизу и сверху, придавая кинографичности картинке, но мы не можем отключить, когда это нужно. Этот мод убирает черные полосы вовсе.
Данный скрипт был взят из коллекции D-BOX скриптов от DimZet'а и других модмейкеров.
