Correcting the color of the outline of the radar
Hello everyone. We all know that in GTA 3 there is a radar that has a black outline, but it looks, let's say, not very pretty due to the compactness. This mod corrects this misunderstanding and misunderstanding. You can also modify and create thereby your own variations of strokes.
