This plugin returns to the game the m60 — an unused weapon that the developers forgot to remove from the game code after the GTA Vice City tests, along with helicopters, tire-shooting and other interesting mechanics.
Weapons do not replace anything, however, a slot for a detonator is used for work, since the game limits do not allow increasing the number of weapons. Press F11 to get m60 and press the button again to remove it.

Put everything in the game folder, add .dff and .txd to gta3.img and txd.img, respectively.
