Hello everyone! After 19 years of waiting, Claude has finally learned to smile in the PC version of the game.
Drawbacks:
Unfortunately, it's just a texture, so his smile will always be there.
If you change the texture in gta3.img, it will have pixels.
Special thanks to hackimplay for the original smile texture.
Install in the game using TXD Workshop 4.8

Всем привет! Спустя 19 лет ожидания, Клод наконец-то научился улыбаться на ПК версии игры.
Недостатки:
К сожалению, это только текстура, поэтому улыбка у него будет всегда.
Если вы измените текстуру вgta3.img, то на ней будут пиксели.
