NoClip 1.0
This mod adds NoClip to the game.
Now you can move very quickly and fly around the city!
Controls:
N - Activate NoClip
F or Enter - Deactivate NoClip
Shift - Climb
Space - Drop down
W, A, S, D or arrow keys - Move Claude

This is an improved version of NoClip for GTA Vice City from the author HOoliGAN.
Unfortunately, in GTA 3 there is no one opcode that would allow you to freeze the player's position, so I had to freeze the time.
Some bugs have appeared, with NoClip enabled, if you pause, the text may disappear, so the advice is to land somewhere and disable NoClip, and then enter the pause.
This is version 1.0 so far, maybe it will improve over time!
