NoClip 1.0
This mod introduces NoClip into the game.
Now you can move and fly around the city at incredible speeds!
Controls:
N - Activate NoClip
F or Enter - Deactivate NoClip
Shift - Ascend
Space - Descend
W, A, S, D or arrow keys - Move Claude
Installation:
Add the NoClip 1.0.cs file to GTA 3/CLEO
This is an enhanced version of NoClip for GTA Vice City by the author HOoliGAN.
Unfortunately, GTA 3 lacks an opcode that would allow freezing the player's position, so time had to be frozen instead.
Some bugs may occur with NoClip enabled; if you pause the game, the text may disappear, so I recommend landing somewhere and disabling NoClip before pausing.
This is currently version 1.0, and improvements may come over time!

Это улучшенная версия NoClip для GTA Vice City от автора HOoliGAN.
К сожалению в GTA 3 нет одного опкода, который позволял бы заморозить позицию игрока, поэтому пришлось заморозить время.
Появились некоторые баги, при включённом NoClip, если зайти в паузу, то текст может пропасть, поэтому совету где нибудь приземлиться и отключить NoClip, и тогда уже заходить в паузу.
Это пока что версия 1.0, со временем может быть будет улучшаться!
