Almost everything except snow. Saves are compatible with Snow city v1.4.

New locations and interiors.

Глобальный мод который является альтернативой глоб.моду Город снега(Snow city).
Почти все кроме снега. Сохранения совместимы с Snow city v1.4.

Игра не требуется. Просто распаковать и запустить gta3.exe
Позже выпускал v2, который превратился в Redux.
