Features:
- The modification can be removed. But don't forget to make copies of particle.txd and timecyc.dat;
- Also compatible with other texture mods including generic.txd;
- Installation of textures, effects or graphics settings is carried out selectively at will.

created in March 2009 - In the new version (1.3): mip-maps are included. Installation without replacing files.

Особенности:
- Модификацию можно удалить. Но не забудьте сделать копии particle.txd и timecyc.dat;
- Также совместим с другими текстурными модами включаяя generic.txd;
- Установка текстур, эффектов или настройки графики осуществляется выборочно по желанию.
Примечание:
- Улучшенная версия моего первого мода для GTA3 мода "Новые текстуры и эффекты",
созданного в марте 2009г. - В новой версии(1.3): Включены mip-maps. Установка без замены файлов.
Мод на любителя.
Требования:
- Версия игры — любая ПК версия.
