GTA3: Kostygov Edition is a modification that improves the game’s graphics by replacing old textures with better ones.

List of changes :

Beta 1 .

- Most of the textures have been replaced with high-quality analogues.
- Texture overlay has been fixed on some models and the prelight has been updated.
- All textures have mip-map levels.
- All models are adapted to the Dynamic Lighting Script from DimZet13.
- Updated game effects (Particle System).
- There is its own ENB Series setting (Thanks to Boris Vorontsov!)
- Installed HD Cars and HD Weapons from OnePiece.
- Interface elements are stylized for GTA4 and taken from DK22Pac.
- The main character has been replaced by Niko Bellic from the SKYLINETEAM team.

Beta 2 .

- Added a train from GTA4 (by Pumbars).
- The vehicle behavior model (handling.cfg) has been brought closer to that used in GTA 4.

Beta 3 .

- About 80% of game textures have been replaced.

- Added SkyBox.
- Added weapons from CSS (thanks to Albert Bryukhanov for help).
- Much more.
