Beach R-TXD
New textures for Leone's House, City Beach, Lighthouse and the surrounding area.
For a more complete picture it is recommended to install it together with the file generic.txd (included in the archive)
The textures have high resolution and mip-map levels.
This modification is part of a larger project - GTA3: Kostygov Edition.
