The conversion to GTA 3 was approved and allowed by MIXAZZZ — the head of the GTA Criminal Russia project.

Transferred the location to the third game — aleks926820.

The textures have several levels of mipmaps.
Traffic and some 2dfx effects are present.
The installation of the modification is described in the Readme file of the mod archive.
The entrance to the island is located at the tunnel entrance in the Harwood area (north of Portland). See the file "location of the entrance.png"
The modification works ONLY with game version 1.1
