New textures for Residential Towers in the Coastal Valley. Also, the kit includes a bonus from my friend - Dmitry Rastorguev (DMITRY_R) - new models of Aircraft at the Airport (both flying over the city and static objects).
Textures are high resolution and mipmap levels.
Models adapted to dynamic lighting script by DimZet13.
The modification is part of a larger project - GTA3:KostygovEdition.

Текстуры имеют высокое разрешение и мип-мап уровни.
Модели адаптированы под скрипт динамического освещения от DimZet13.
