New textures for Residential High-Rises in Coastal Valley. Additionally, included is a bonus from my friend - Dmitry Rastorguev (DMITRY_R) - new airplane models at the airport (both flying over the city and static objects).

Textures are high resolution with mip-map levels.

Models are adapted for the dynamic lighting script by DimZet13.

This modification is part of a larger project - GTA3: Kostygov Edition.

Новые текстуры для Жилых Многоэтажек в Прибрежной Долине. Также, в комплект вложен бонус от моего товарища - Дмитрия Расторгуева (DMITRY_R) - новые модели Самолетов в Аэропорту (как летающего над городом, так и статичных объектов).

Текстуры имеют высокое разрешение и мип-мап уровни.

Модели адаптированы под скрипт динамического освещения от DimZet13.

Модификация является частью более крупного проекта - GTA3: Kostygov Edition.
