Небольшой мод, делающий игровой процесс чуть более насыщенным. В чем суть?
- Перенесена цветовая гамма автомобилей из GTA4.
- Перенесено управление автомобилями из GTA4 (прижилось везде, кроме крупного грузового транспорта).
- Изменен файл настроек сцепления с разными типами поверхности.
Модификация является частью более крупного проекта - GTA3: Kostygov Edition.
